Bookings – All bookings are for oven cleans only. Additional services are available as optional add-ons.

Oven Condition – Please ensure your oven is in full working order before your appointment. I am unable to carry out cleans on ovens that do not work!

Discount Vouchers – Expiry dates apply to the oven clean itself, not the date of booking, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment!

Parking & Access – Please ensure there is suitable parking outside your property and enough space to work from the back of my van.

Payment – Payment is due on the day of completion. I accept both cash and card (I carry a card reader for your convenience).

Rescheduling – If you need to rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

Cancellations – Last-minute cancellations may result in being asked to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit towards your next booking.

Ready to Use – Your oven will be safe and ready to use immediately after cleaning!
